This album, hopefully the first of a series, is the story of a clumsy human being and an unleashed computer. They are learning to talk to each other through music. They are exploring the contrast between human sensitivity and algorithmic compositions, improvisation and self-generation, raw acoustic hand playing and synthetic sounds.
This is my first optimistic album, full of faith in the future, a statement that the man and the machine can work together, and human sensitivity won’t be lost in the process, but reborn in new many forms. It will happen if we are ready to get involved enough and if we avoid easiness in the creative process. A proof that the man and the machine can unite to create something deep and sincere that would be bigger than both.

Each of those songs are made on the same concept: one take, no editing or overdub. I owe this new musical breath to two inspiring tools: the first is Soundtoys Little Plate, a reverb effect that finally gave live to all electronic sounds, digging them into the warm atmosphere of the album. The second tool is VCV Rack: a modular software that gave me access to algorithmic and probabilistic composition, and let me create my own assembled instruments.
